There really isn't one strong sign for this concept.
If you mean, "get along" then you'd sign "proceed."

If you mean meanwhile or concurrent then you could sign during.

If you mean "go along with" then you could sign accompany.


along as in "during"
The fingers start back near your body then move forward.
