CONTACT (as a verb)  Use a single movement.

CONTACT:  (as a noun:  use a double movement)

Note:  To sign "contacts" (as in the kind that you put in your eyes) use your right hand in the same handshape as you see above (with the middle finger jutting forward).  Hold your hand in front of your eye and move it forward as if you have a contact on the tip of your middle finger and are putting it in your eye.  Then move the hand over to your other eye and repeat the movement.  This whole sign is very quick. Your head is upright, looking forward.  Your hand is palm back.
