DIET: Version 1:  "zipping the lips"

DIET: Version 2:  "blocking the food"


DIET: Version 3:
Hold the letter "D" up as if spelling a word. Shake it a little bit from side to side.  This version is often used when referring to a "diet" soda. The other two versions above could also be used.
