heavy / lightweight
Hold your hands out as if holding up something heavy. The motion is a
down, up, down movement. The hands drop down about 5 inches, then come up
about 2 inches then drop down 2 inches.
HEAVY:
LIGHT: As in "lightweight" or "light in color"
