American Sign Language: "island"

To sign "island," place your dominant "I" hand on the back of an palm-down "S" handshape. Move the "I" hand in two horizontal circles. (Don't worry about the direction, clockwise or counter-clockwise -- either is fine. I do mine counter-clockwise).
