American Sign Language:  "continue / ongoing / permanent "

Touch your thumbs together a few inches in front of your chest (or upper belly area), then move both hands forward about six inches using a smooth motion.

Note:  If you do this sign with a strong, quick movement and come to an abrupt stop, it mean: "PERMANENT."
