Notice how Jessica signs "brother" starting from near the cheekbone?
That is a very common, casual version
of "brother" and is a great example of typical Deaf signing!
Sometimes people start the sign at the cheekbone as a non-binary version of
"sibling" -- however in this situation Jessica is absolutely just doing the
casual version of the sign for brother.
