"actually" - in American Sign Language (ASL)

Let's consider three different words here:
actual
actually
actuality

Now let's look at some definitions for those words from the online dictionary "Lexico."

actual
1. Existing in fact; real.
Consider signing:
TRUE
HAVE!
THERE
ESTABLISHED!

TRUE-BUSINESS-("true_biz") (As in "indeed.")



2. Used to emphasize the important aspect of something.
Consider:
Signing your concept while intensifying the movement.
Doing the sign "TRUE" inflected to show intensity.
Repeating the sign "TRUE" (as in "really, really")
Adding the sign IMPORTANT.
Using the sign THAT!

3. Existing now; current.
Consider signing:
NOW HAVE
THERE NOW
If you mean that something is actually happening after an extended period of effort or waiting, consider using PAH!

1. As the truth or facts of a situation; really.
Consider signing TRUE -- while leaning forward a bit as if you are going to share a secret.
Doing the sign "TRUE" inflected to show intensity.
Consider winking and signing "INFORM-you"

2. Used to emphasize that something someone has said or done is surprising.
Do the sign TRUE with raised eyebrows and a surprised look.
Do the sign TRUE with one raised eyebrow and an incredulous look.

3. Used when expressing a contradictory or unexpected opinion or correcting someone.
Do the sign TRUE with a slight shake of the head.
Do the sign TRUE with a smug "know it all" look (if conversing with a peer or someone of lesser social status).
Do the sign TRUE with a look of cautious trepidation (if conversing with a social superior or employer at a job you want to keep).

4. Used to introduce a new topic or to add information to a previous statement.
Consider signing:
PLUS
ADD
ALSO
PUSH-that-topic-aside

actuality: 
1. actual existence, typically as contrasted with what was intended, expected, or believed.
Consider signing:
TRUE-BUSINESS
TRUE LIFE
BUT
FRUSTRATED
or use a phrase:  "I THOUGHT [describe something] WRONG! [describe the other thing that actually happened]
