The concept of "eloping" or "to elope" doesn't have a dedicated sign in ASL -- rather it combines context, expansion, or (optionally / to some extent) mouthing the word "elope" along with the sign for ESCAPE.
ESCAPE + [context] can mean "elope":
High context: ESCAPE = "elope"
Low context: ESCAPE MARRY = "elope"
No context: E-L-O-P-E? SUPPOSE TWO PEOPLE WANT MARRY. MAYBE THEIR PARENT NOT-WANT. MAYBE PARENT FORBID MARRY. THEY-TWO DECIDE SECRET ESCAPE MARRY. THAT E-L-O-P-E!
