Below are some field notes regarding signs for heavy equipment. These may or may not eventually be turned into an ASL lesson.
Language model: Kevin Cooley (https://www.facebook.com/Truredneck)

1. loader (palm-up flat to bent-hand raises a few inches)
2. bulldozer (ndh-stationary palm-up flat-hand) (dh: C-hand thumb-resting on
palm of ndh "plows forward")
3. grader (ndh-stationary flat-hand-with-tucked-thumb (aka a "B" hand) pointed
forward at a comfortable angle thumb-side-up) (dh flat hand thumb edge up
generally pointed forward at a comfortable angle, thumb-side of large-knuckle of
index hand touches the side of the large knuckle of the ndh pinkie. The dh
pivots a couple of times using a sweeping movement while remaining perpendicular
to the ground)
4. excavator (dh claw hand depicts scooping of earth or debris)
5. roller (dh and ndh index fingers horizontal, pointing toward each other
simultaneously depict a rolling movement (both hands are generally stationary –
the movement is internal)
6. skid (dh and ndh "S" hands held in front of chest, forearms pointing up,
twist simultaneously
7. scraper (ndh stationary generally-flat hand palm down) (dh use a horizontal
index finger to represent a scraping motion and "scrape" the top of the
palm-down nd "flat" hand) if needed, switch the dh to a claw hand (Note: The
language model gestured "I don't know" as an indication that this sign was
indefinite and simply depictive in nature).
Note: The signer held up an dh-"O" to sign operate with ndh-index-finger-support
Note: Beginning of the video we see a modified intro consisting of "Hello, I'm [namesign]-Redneck!"
using the middle finger of a "K" hand to sign "red" followed by touching the tip
of the middle finger of that K hand to the neck – thus creating the name "Kevin
(Cooley) Redneck" which ties into the profile of "TruRedNeck.")
