Use "claw" hands. Twist them opposite directions twice as if showing the agitating movement of a washing machine.

The sign for "LAUNDRY / WASHING MACHINE":

To sign "LAUNDRY ROOM / WASHING MACHINE ROOM" sign "LAUNDRY / WASHING MACHINE" followed by the sign for "ROOM"
