SEA LION: The American Sign Language (ASL) sign for "sea lion"
The sign for SEA LION can be conveyed in a few different ways. (There may be more versions than are listed here -- Check with your local Deaf community to see how they sign it)
There is a version that shows the flippers paddling that could be used within a certain context:
You could fingerspell it for clarity purposes:
Or some people sign OCEAN-[sea] + LION or OCEAN-[sea] and fingerspell LION:
