tech-constrained signing / tech-adapted signing

Signing that has been constrained or influenced by technology.

"Tech-constrained signing" - Signing that is adapted to accommodate or make use of technology in the sign communication process. Holding mobile devices or attempting to stay within video frames often results in changes to the way signs are produced. For example using one hand instead of two, making smaller movements, spelling more, adjusting the location of signs, etc..
What "camera-friendly" variants of traditional signs can you think of?
An example is the sign for diaper. Normally DIAPER is done fairly low in the signing space but when done in a constrained video frame (or while sitting at a table or desk) the sign DIAPER is done higher than normal.
What are some signs that you have noticed being modified to be more easily produced one-handed?
I notice that I do a bit more spelling. Instead of signing NICE I'll spell it.

Notes:
What new signs have emerged specifically related to technology?
