TOLERATE: The American Sign Language (ASL) sign for "tolerate"

Tolerate means to "endure without repugnance; put up with" (Source: tolerate. (n.d). In the Random House Unabridged Dictionaries. Retrieved January 16, 2021, from https://www.dictionary.com/browse/tolerate?s=t)

In ASL, the concept of "TOLERATE" is expressed by the sign "PATIENCE", therefore if you want to incorporate the sign 'tolerate' into your conversation, you would sign 'patience' in context to convey 'tolerate.'
