Remember, many "medical concepts" can be correctly expressed via a variety of different sign choices.  Here I'm showing you some fairly good ways but quite a few other methods exist. Learn what you can within the constraints of your time and energy and move on.  Ask your Deaf friends and acquaintances how they would express various medical concepts. Get a feel for the variety out there and then strive to choose versions of signs that are highly depictive, clear, and that do not conflict with other signs.
